It still beta.I can't chat voice with ym 9.

well if i am correct YM 9.0 is vista compatible,
but its a good software when it comes to show off.

I hope they restart developing linux version.

i think it works only on vista but i am going to remove vista from pc soon

I use win vista, I try ym9, but It doesn't work correctly. I can use voice chat with my friend (he use yim 8.1)

yahoo messenger is a high loadfor a computer with msn at the same time. if I also use skype too, then, my computer dies... so I dont use yahoo messenger anymore

It works with XP too. I have used it since last November I think. fairly good. take more resources than the last version. You can open youtube vids inside yahoo PM now. also sms function works well too.
