Your site has nice upfront menu and with nice colors. Not very clear words menu at bottom. You need a more profesional logo and you should add content. More resources. You should probably promote free link submit. This thing should make your site quality better and you can set a better selling price

Hard to put a price without knowing the traffic, revenue etc.

As far as the site is concerned, it looks neat but the buttons at the bottom are not very clear when i view it in Mozilla FF.

If you give us more details like the traffic and revenue, that would help as the price mainly relies on that for established sites. ;)
