Hello,
I've been to several other review sites and can not get one (1) single review, so I thought I would tap into this community and give it a try. I just recently put a new site up called: Heritage Scrapbooking by Mary It is a site geared toward (obviously) Heritage Scrapbooking, giving tips, advice, sample layouts, and supplies. I would very much appreciate a fresh viewpoint other then my own. Any advice, tips, comments, etc. are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, Mary Heritage Scrapbooking by Mary |

First thing I noticed is that the layout jumps after the initial page. The index page is centered while the other pages become left aligned; keep it consistent the whole site. Speaking of consistency; your font type, color, and size should be relatively the same through-out the site as well.
The whole thing just doesn't "flow" right. I think maybe there are too many 'mini-sections' as you get further to the bottom. Also, the graphics you use don't mesh well for me. Especially the bottom graphics; the 'by mary' logo and the 'title_bar.jpg' kinda looked like they were slapped on. In terms of content; you have a tonne of useful information. If this is all unique content than you have done an amazing job putting it all together. Hope this helps. |
