you only have like 37 users and it's a counter strike forum you need promotion on it, overall the background and layout is ok with me.

You net to get more ppl at your site, whai dot u make portal site, ther you have news page, download page and more. My site is portl. Idont realy like to have just forum.

your forum was cool with nice layout but need to do some incentves to members so your forum will grow by posts and signups etc

You need content and users. Dark colors have a nice look but i don't suggest them for forums
