The design looks cool. I just checked the Books and Tutorials of PHP. The website option doesnt have a link. So i had to copy and paste it inorder to go the source website. A hyperlink there would do better.

Thats not bad. Although i see two menus.. i think you should keep only the one with the folders.

It is just a bit bright for my taste. but I can tell you this.....with the conent you have started it will be a serps powerhouse if you don't get stupid with the links!!! Trust me!

Overall very nice!

looks good overall for me, clean layout but kinda empty you need to promote it.

Looks good. I would think about putting a color or something behind the logo at the top. But other than that it looks good.
