First impression, what is the site about? It looks like a forum, but not quit. I guess its a sales feed for domain names?

Meta description is WAY too long.

<meta name="description" content="Aftermarket Journal is one of the world's largest web community about Domain Names, Web Sites, Web Development, Web Designing, Web Programming, Internet Marketing or Web Marketing and also on how to become a professional Domainer. Providing most of domain industry services under the Aftermarket Journal umbrella of properly followed and applied business ethics, whether you want to learn about web industry services like Domain Names, Web Sites, Web Development, Web Designing, Web Programming, Internet Marketing or Web Marketing, to earn living from home working in the domain industry or anything in between, here you've found a great community which is exceptionally well balanced & focused, has an incredibly strong drive in discussing project ideas, concepts and feedback. Aftermarket Journal has many other features in place. You will get to learn about them as you take time out to browse around, go along and grow well to be a reputable member in your very own AMJ community. To give you a little sneak peek: Domain & Web site discussion, Escrow & Appraisal services, fully moderated auction platform, freebies and much much more.." />
The recommended meta description length is only about 12 - 15 words. Yours is way past that limit. Google also does not index symbols. So having the & and the : meta description might caue to have problems with your meta description.
