do you know any good (even great) Live chat software, Not for lease, only permanent.

Yeah, sure.

There's an open source GPL chat script called PHPmyChat.

It runs on PHP and MySQL with some AJAX features.

It's really nice and has all the functions of a full-fledged IRC chat.

I think Flashchat will be better for professional !

i would use skype for that rather than other flash based or php based once coz they take lot of bandwidth also if client willing to use skype it means he is genuinely interested.

presently i dont have and i dont need too but as i seen several people uses paid software
their were some free ones but they are not good

i would say you go for skype>it takes less bandwidth and still offers almost flash services.
