how do u suppose you would spot the difference between a web designer and a developer? im guessing that designers have the "hot" factor in comparison to developers.

I will say that a developer is a person that creates the script or program, more like a coder, and a Designer is more like a graphics person as well as site layout.

Developer builds the website and the designer makes the site looks better.

I think a designer has the ability to make a user friendly interface while a developer has the skills to create scripting and new forms of integration.
