If your going for a big store Id use yahoo stores. Or you can use any of the free shopping carts that Hunter listed.

Joomla is a good onr for Paypal Shop I think.
Of course other templates you could find on the internet.

Joomla may be a bit complicated, but it is probably the most diverse. There are a lot of scripts (some free, some commercial) that will let you setup a paypal store. Check hotscripts.com. You'll want to get one that allows for digital downloads. That way the people can pay and get their templates right away.

A very simple cart is open cart and it is free

Depends on what you are going to sell.
Is it a real tangible product? (like selling computers, cars, etc)
Or will it be digital products? (like ebooks, software, etc)

For digital products, there are many great scripts out there.
Like my ebook store, that script is awesome and costs only $7.00.

You can have a customized store, just hire a programmer to create one for you or you can use oscommerce as its user friendly. Just check for the reviews on any script you wanted to use.

Most programmers take an existing store script!

OS Commerce is really only good for tangible products, lousy for digital products.
