I have developed website in html and flash through pakistan web design company , They have developed my content in flash and some sections developed in php and database mysql. Now i have required any cheap hosting which offer all such features, Please let me know if you have any idea.

Well you can try Godaddy.com they are cheap and uptime is very good. they have both PHP and MySql support too.

I have my own paid reseller. If you are serous, we can make a deal. But if you want a famous (and more expensive) hosting, that is your choice... Hostgator is good as far as I know...

I would go for GoDaddy.com, NameCheap.com and DreamHost.com, they have a lot of good and cheap deals.

Try freehostia.com they are a free hosting site that does not have any ads.

I would suggest dreamhost.com. Their plans are quite cheap though they do oversell a bit ;(

Latest Cpanel, both php4 and 5, mysql, etc. (all features are unlimited except space and bandwidth)
please tell me what price are you looking for, and what plan do you want (PM me please)

but if you want a famous hosting, hostgator is nice, as its servers are provided from Theplanet ! but be aware that their support is not as well as their sales support !
