    right, I have a project and need to crate a portal-type site with a shopping gallery type thing on the main page. a page I'm trying to emulate:

    it is up to your skills and your creativity i think... almost every cms can do something similar.

    This looks like a shopping cart and you might want to try open cart or Boss cart.
