Well i think Pr is just a goal for some webmasters . for me alexa ranking and SE Ranking more important

PR certainly matters but it shouldn't be your only consideration, there are plenty of sites with high PR that have very little traffic, just make getting higher a PR part of your goal and not your sole goal.
