Default What type of hosting

What type of hosting will you guys purchase if you have 50+ websites? Will you go with a reseller package (same IP) or several shared accounts (different IP but expensive)?

I would buy another computer, make a host and put those websites on it. Then i'd go and buy .com or .net domain for them and it would be finish and cheeper. Becouse 50+ websites in diference hosts would be very expensive.

By your own PC and build your own hosting is the best way IMO.Of course, choose a trust company to help you is not a bad idea.

I would get a dedicated server since it is more cheaper to get and you have full access to your server :)

Yup a dedicated server is the way to go..

I cannot even imagine renewing 50 domains haha, but umm.

I can make a recommendation, if you have high traffic, check out FDC. If not, well the other companies are pretty similar.

50 sites is a lot, but it would also depend on how much traffic they are eating up and how much you plan to eat up with them. If they are small one or two page type sites, then you can get away with reseller or VPS, but for high traffic, high bandwidth, high CPU, a dedicated server would probably be your best choice.

well my preference would be a VPS, but i could go for shared accounts also if i don't want to risk outage of all sites at the same time.

For the moment I keep my websites in few shared accounts. Its cost effective for me at the moment and it doesn't effect my all sites if there is a down time.

If you don't need a VPS, which I would probably recommend, I would have to say a reseller account. Why would you need a different IP?

vps is a good solution...if you know how to use it
it's cheap and you have full root access.

other, go for shared hosting.
you can save your time for maintain your server

50+ website amount is a very high number for me. I can't even imagine that.
I guess that is why people want to buy VPS.

It wont help unless you earn enough to cover sever costs. sometimes its better have few shared hosting accounts. Its cost effective.
