I am thinking of starting a host, but i don't know which type, either Free or Paid? The paid market is quite saturated now and i personally think it would be hard for all new hosts to get customers for the first 6 months?

My apinion is that i think you should make it free for first month, and if they like it, they would need to pay for more months to use your host. So thats my apinion, good luck.. ;)

To me paid hosting is much better than the free hosting, but we need to be cautious while choosing for the paid hosting.

If you are a beginner, I suggest you first for free hosting. There a lot of good free hosting. Then if your site is getting bigger, it's time to move for paid hosting....

try first free hosting then when you have accumulated membership, then opt in for paid features put in features that are not found on others, maybe an extra script or free installation perhaps as long as hosted and paid 3 months advance at least.

I think you should carry on with the paid market..but you have to make sure your quality of services is not just good, but extremely good.

Not all paid hosting company did a good job on this, and result, many people stop using their services.
