I have seen a number of sites that sell targeted traffic to your site using a number of methods, mostly pop-under and expired domain name traffic.

Are these any good in getting worthwhile traffic?

I assume most of the traffic will cause a high bounce back as they are being "forced" to a website they may well not interested in.

What are your thoughts?

In my experience.....it used to be a decent way to get a little traffic but with the Google scoring methods these days it is not worth trying!
