traffic exchange is a no no to gain more revenue on adsense or in any adverts. right now im trying adbrite on there advertiser account the cost is cheap...

You may think it as vice versa. When you have an account from that site, you go and visit that sites. do you click on any adverts of the page which you saw, or do you ignore?

I personally ignore them all, so I gave up visiting that type sites as the others ignore my site too.

While it may seem like a good idea, the traffic won't last and you'll wind up spending money for nothing. If you have good and updated content, SEO, and links traded, you will have a far better chance of not only getting traffic, but traffic that will find the site interesting enough to come back. It won't be as quick, but it will be better in the long run.

I have to agree with sunken on this, i tried it on a few sites and to be honest it's not worth it at all, you need people to return to your sites, you may get one or two coming back.

In most of the cases traffic form traffic exchange wasn't worth much, the reason might be because of your site is of no concerned for those visitor so if you are exchanging traffic with a site related to yours site then you can hope for some worth

this types of sites are used to promote traffic exchaning sites since we can get refferals or leads for our traffic sites
