Hi

GE Development U.k Ltd are a web development company based in the U.k. We have a strong and long standing reputation for web design and application development.

The company is working on plans to expand into the next generation of web development and providing .NET services. We are also now working forward to offer SEO as a full time service.

Currently our website brings no business. This is due to lack of time to market on the search engines. We have too much development work taking up all of the company developers times.

I need someone to join the team and work between 5 and 10 hours per week to begin with to market the website to enable us to concentrate on the development side of things. The website needs to bring us the business.

I currently work as the Director ( bringing business over the phone/emails) Project Manager, Staff Manager and Developer. I need to remove the marketing aspect of my time to an SEO expert to allow the business website to work for us.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Company Email
5-10 Hours Per Week
$400 per month ( first month up front )
10% of all Sales through the website

I need to focus also on redeveloping our business face ( IE the website ) to enable the efforts of our SEO member to turn into "conversions".

I estimate a maximum of 6 months SEO campaign to reach the top 10 results in Google, Yahoo, MSN and ASK. After this point the monthly salary will increase to $800 ( for 5-10 per week ) or $1600 ( for 20-25 hours ). The 10% commission will remain!

The candidate will also be working on any SEO clients we bring from their efforts. Along side another expert who I will bring on board after 6 months.

I require the following from all applicants:

Description about themselves including experience in SEO
A solid "proven" track record in SEO
Information on timescales ( Research time, top position estimated times etc)

The money is, by UK standards very low.
Guess this is probably the reason why it is being given a shout in dollars!
Personally, from a business point and depending on th scale of my websites I would a UK company dealing with my SEO with UK employees.
