Can you remove the default block of text that contains the place holders for "Sponsored Link" repeated on the right hand side?

I know its easy enough for me to do manually, but I have a few directories and that is the only reason I am not using your template.

Something simple there could be a brief paragraph about the ToS instead of placeholders.
