This is a nice little tool to see how many times that your keywords, or search terms are being searched in Google, MSN, and Yahoo!! A very valuable tool! :D

inventory.overture.com is for yahoo search and vurr is for aol search. Google is yet to provide one.

I use Keywords Analyzer - though it costs money, it is very thorough if you are looking for a niche to make a site.

digitalpoint.com has a lot of cool tools including a WordTracker/Overture keyword suggestion tool which is pretty good at checking what latest keywords are popular.
