iwebtools.com
Also : Google

iwebtool.com is the best one for me
I also used digpagerank but it nothing their difference

I usually use the one at seochat.com. It seems to be the most reliable. For some reason, the one at iwebtools.com doesn't like to connect once in awhile. Not sure if that is the tool or Opera that causes that.
