Anyone had a go at the new search engine from Cuil

Their supposed to be ex Google employees who have decided to start their own search engine

Yes I have.

When searched, it pulls meta info and related areas from your site and then formats it in like a blog type format.

I guess I like it..

Not user friendly as Google.

i used this search engine but after all Google is Google it's is the king of the Search empire.

I already tried using Cuil but it is not good as Google and any other big search engines.... I am not satisfied with the results.

I have heard it but i have not use it.

I like Cuil but what can we do since people are more familiar with

The options are good on the right side of the interface and gives a feeling that the developers have striven hard to make it a user friendly search engine and they seem to have succeeded at doing it. but is the number one search engine and will continue to be number 1.

Just use the Cuil for some searches and it brought me up different results compare to yahoo and . If you try to search for a common search term it will list a more complex results and it will put the common results in a different tab. So if you are searching for a common term but intend to get other results then Cuil could be a help for you. Cuil is also intended for children because explicit adult content are filtered out and there is no custom image search feature.

I heard first time about cuil but i dont want to use it because is giving us all facility and also this is more user friendly.

ya i had tried the cuil but the Google is the best ever.

I have just heard that Cuil search engine in here and I got a chance to look at it. Based on my searches I think Cuil is not a user friendly and even though the staff of cuil are previous employees of I don't think they can make it.

i used it but not much useful.

that is a very very bad search engine... not even one good search result... and takes a lot of time... rules

First i use Google after that i use other search engine..

but in fact,most people still using Google now
