. I know the languages they code in and I am eager to learn their algorithm. My teacher says that you have to be a flat out genious to even get an interview. I hope I'm that smart. He says I have a chance if I work for it.

Yes, I agree. But the algorithm of MSN is really unpredictable while

's algorithm is mainly focus on off-page optimization or link building..

MSN's algorithm consistantly usuallly produces worse results then Google. I wouldn't agree with off-page optimization or link building. They focus around content. Doing those things just incraease the probability of getting a higher PR. I wouldn't say it revolves around it.
