Friends what is the main use of doing seo in ur point of view ?

In my point of view that is for increasing page rank and keep in touch with the users...

No it's not just for increasing pagerank and keeping in touch with the visitors :O

SEO means optimizing your sites so that they will be easily discoverable and listed by search engines and also will rank for keywords in the search engines.

with me SEO means high rank and earn more money by ads

SERP is Search Engine Result pages.

SEO means optimizing your site so that it will be easily discoverable and listed by respected SE's and also will rank for keywords in the Search Engines and also SEO maintain only relevant content in your website.

PR goes up and down, especially with the new Goog guidelines that are changing constantly. I will take Term Position over anything, and to me, that is SEO!

SEO is not just about Page Rank.

Page Rank has no relationship with actual rankings of your website. SEO is all about scoring higher rankings on search engines for your high traffic/potential keywords.

This helps to generate traffic and leads from search engines.:o

SEO in short is designed to increase your PR which is designed to post you higher on Google. By doing this, when people are searching for your niche, your page is on top and generates more traffic. So, in short, SEO means MORE TRAFFIC! LOL
