Google is eliminating "artificial links" and taking action against reciprocal link pages, link farms, cloaking and guestbooks. Then, what would be the next steps for website promotion? Offcource Quality one way links(Natural links) and lots of traffics to your site.

As we all know it very well that fresh and interesting content is liked by all search engines and it will earn lots of natural links for you. So, it is necessary for you to put some good contents on your site. While articles/press releases submissions and forum/blog posting will generate lots of traffics for your site. You may try social bookmarking/networking sites for extra efforts. Only

what i do is since im a member of major affiliate programs, i read my inbox and take the latest news press release they have and post it on my blog or web site then wait 3 to 5 days, then

will come crawling on your web site. of course write some feedback at the end of it, to avoid content duplication and encourage comments.

Unique content and good contents is a key for link baiting you will get one way links if you bait them through your contents..

You can also generate backlinks or one way links through directory submissions.. Just beware to those penalized directories...

I still have done a couple of reciprocal linking with the sites that are related with me. The rest of the links I got are from web directories. I am even considering buying some links on related site. I also do social bookmarks. These are the only ways that I get one way links. I am not quite sure people have naturally linked to my site because of my content.

Ask people for a link placement on their site. It's the most safe and effective way. You can either find someone, or purchase a link/website kind of software that could do the job. Expanding links with dramatically increase traffic!

Some directory submission sites give link back codes when they approve your submission... I add them up in my Directory List Linkback.

Always try to update your blog with the relevant and fresh, unique contents. As well as try to add some general speaking words this may help your contents to be more search able. Obviously you will get quality relevant links automatically. and also directory submission is a good way. you pay once and get your web site indexed for life time. just make quality sites and then it is possible that your site visitors give you back link by bookmarking, use forum to get good backlinks.
