hey not all of your tips will be helpful in fact they are destructive the faster way for

to block your site from being indexed.

the faster one for me to get indexed is get link exchanges from site that are already listed, if

bot crawl their site, your site will also be included and also master of robots.txt is the key http://www.robotstxt.org/orig.html
