i wanna create a website on music for this purpose i have checked so many free templates
but i could not find any template suiting my website.ll any one plz help me to find a good free template site or a good graphic designer on cheap rates.

its hard to find a free template or script i have tried to develop ike you want but it had became more costlier or takes more time
you try joomla if it suits for you

the dc++ is best program to download anything!

If you have access to a photo manipulation program. What you could do is pick a template and do a little changing around of the graphics. You can find some music stock pictures and mix them together. Just a thought.
