That template is at PHPLD:

Paper Trail

It is only available for PHPLD 3.3 right now..

i have email or pm the guy from phplinkdirectory forum "maxlinks" i so some sites of his that he had the template,,and he said ya he can do it ,,for a charge,,
after so long looking for that template,,i decide to use a different template,,in till i can find that one,,

I think Paper Trail is slightly different. The template in the first post is a custom template, and it is probably not okay to copy that design. But if you are interested in the Paper Trail template for v4, feel free to request that on the phpLD forums, as we can often provide template upgrades for publicly available templates for free.
