It is simple:

The Adsense module is located in the templates/Dev-X/home_extra.tpl and all you need to do is change out the module with an HTML code banner.

Banner code example:

<center><a href="http://www.whateversite.com/"><img src="http://www.whateversite.com/banners/whatever.gif" border="0" /></a>
