Yeah if only you could create intricate system with members and thousands of features including flash games with HTML. That's what sucks about computers. Neopets requires HTML, CSS, a serverside language like ASP or PHP, database experts, dedicated servers, and 24/7 webmasters. Hahaha.

HTML for me of course, although its not really a programming language.

I'm going to sound like Grandpa here. Back in the olden days, when computers had 8K of memory and programs were saved to cassette tapes, I learned Basic (which later was perverted into Visual Basic) on a Commodore PET. For those of you who have no idea what that is, check Google. :)

name123, I'm not trying to critisize you, but VB is not as powerful as JavaScript. I would recommend learning that first, then learn VB to see if there is anything JavaScript can't do.

Anyway back to topic. HTML was first then XHTML, then CSS ,JavaScript, PHP, XML, Flash, ActionScript...

This is a second time in this forum that i have to tell you Sportsdude that you can't compare VB with Javascript, what you are comparing and watching is VBScripting,

SO BE SURE BEFORE POSTING ANY THING.

VB SCRIPT IS A subset of VB and

JavaScript can't even touch the heights that VB can achive (I am talking about VB and not VBSCRIPT.)
