Do you know where I can get a free Who's Online counter that uses txt files instead of database? I really need 'em as I'm out of databases!

go to Google.com and type this keyword: counter script
After that, you can choose whatever counter you like . They have millions of counter types

Databases really would be the best option. Most providers that I know offer 50 databases. What are you using yours all on?? There must be ONE database you can spare for it. Code can be provided if you can free one up.

No it doesn't. It just uses a timestamp and then you display the users that are online

There are many types of counters, but sometimes they went wrong. :(
