They say optimizing your site for Live is a lot like optimizing for Google, but are there some key differences in them?

Its easier to achieve better rankings on Live search. The main key is domain (keyword rich or if exact words then way better) and lots of incoming link. MSN doesn't give much importance to the content imo.
