Default Paypal Dispute Info needed

My understanding with Paypal payments is that, a chargeback(or dispute) can be raised on payments you made only if they are credit or debit card funded payments. But i am beginning to doubt, if it also applies to payments made using Paypal Balance Funds. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

credit card payments are charged but not from paypal balance
if you were accepting payment then accept only from paypal balance so you get all the amount

From my understanding, any form of payment may be disputed.

Although, some people may go throught their CC company and chargeback.

If the buyer wins in PayPal, that does not mean they will get their money. The funds have to be present in the Seller's PayPal account.

Thats why I always use CC, because if the guy has scammed me, and has already taken the money. I would just do a chargeback, and let PayPal deal with them directly.

Thanks. Yes i agree the buyer is safer when he used credit card funded paypal payments. But what from a seller's perspective?
