This is a great concept for devhunters to be a safe place where money exchanges can be done. Although I guess there has to be a strict verification process to make exchanges safe for everybody.

I am not sure if HB can be purchased using payment other than Paypal and HB can be sold to members instead of the Bank. If that is possible then HB can be used as an intermediate currency for devhunters to do exchanges.
