How to build Hearder?

Don't Say "PhotoShop CS 2". I don't have money to buy photoshop.
Please give me a tools, free and works with win XP

it does almost everything photoshop will and its free :-)

Wow, great software and it's free?? I have been using banner maker pro to make simple banners and such....gets the job done for me!

Who needs money to get PS CS3 *winks*

BTW Photoshop is the best for making colourful and trendy headers. No free program can possibly match the features offered by Photoshop.

i don't own a winxp computer so i most probably assume any graphics editor that comes with it can make headers.

There is a new program that works in XP that is free that is getting good reviews you might want to look at. It's called Paint.Net.

I haven't tried it, but I've heard it's pretty cool...

GIMP has much flexibilities like photoshop. GIMP is a very powerful program, and you can create professional-like logos and icons with this tool.
