I am doing it manually, it's more accurate.. those backlink checker will not give you the whole result...

Just the number of backlinks is not that relevant. More important is the number of "do-follow" backlinks.

It tell you a host of features. To start with it give you a summary of how many back links are there to your website. You can look at the figure and quickly see how many links are pointing back to you.

That apart, it also give the following description like Pagerank, Total Outbound links from the origin site, If the link was do-follow or no-follow, details of the anchor text provided etc.

If you want to know more of your own websites, signing accounts with all 3 top search engines would be a best choice. :)

Of course, seoquake add-on for Firefox would be really helpful, too.
