Does anyone use it on there websites??

I used a small amount on my site, just wondering if any of you lot have used it and what you think of it.

well jquery is one hell of a DOM + ajax implimentation.

if you use it properly you get all the benifits of ajax plus a lot of advance level jscript animation and effects are available.

I definately prefer its usage.

Personally i prefer Mootools framework, smply because it is easier to learn its usage in my opinion, though i used jquery for a very fancy fading blog post rotator, but it worked only with FF.
