A Webmaster is more in to a full spectrum of things and either does it all or arranges for it to be done but a Webmaster goes much deeper than that.. Not to say that a Web Developer can't also be a Webmaster.. Confused???

Not as confused as I was. The bottom line I guess is which one makes more money! I'm changing fields and have found programs for both. The Web Master program looks much more extensive so your response makes sense. Maybe the Web Development would be a good starting point?
