Why when i use px in width in appears great on my web browser but it appears small in my friend's?? is it the problem of resolution that is configured in: right click--->properties--->settings... in the desktop?? or what??

Resolution problem. Their monitor is probably bigger. Use ems not px. If you wanna resize something then px won't do that. Ems will make everything the same dimension.
