Default Which Software Is The Best To Design Profession Website,

I know most of them using the made free templates . How about the banner and logo. It should be almost same style as the website right. Do you have any software which you think is best and easy to use.

For me, a text editor for doing the HTML works best. I find that the web design software I've tried throws so much unnecessary code in the mix. As far as image processing like banners and logos, any paint program will work from GIMP to Photoshop. Depends on your budget I guess.

There is no denying that free templates is the best out there. We need to tweak it a little to suit our needs.

Like most people, I use Photoshop and Dreamweaver. I also use Fireworks for basic editing like resizing and cropping.

I've been using Adobe Photoshop CS2 along with ImageReady for some of my "Semi professional" (At least i call them like that) templates.

I think that'd be good.

Adobe Photoshop CS3, is what I use but all photoshop versions have the same potential really they just add on minimal features and slap a $200 upgrade fee is all.

For building websites I only use 2 programs, Photoshop CS2 and Notepad++. The best way to build websites is using plain simple XHTML & CSS and Photoshop for the graphics.

hmmm....depends on a lot.

If you know xhtml and css really good the best program would be notepad to create your pro site....i use linux and i use a notepad tye program called "gedit".

If you are not a really good coder you could use some premade templates. and if you really dont know what you are doing you could resort to frontpage or something but you should not ever do this....puts out awful code.

I am not advanced in coding as I could be for sure but I will say that in my experiences, programs such as GoLive, which they've canceled, and Dremweaver just adds crap in the code that you do not want and/or makes it a real pain to edit and add future goodies. the formatting is terrible!

So I have to agree with you that PhotShop and some good old fashion hand coding is the ONLY way to go! ;)

Nice job on PeterFoti BTW!! :D
