the best format for adsense will change with the different pages you wish to add it to.The best way is to blend the colour with the background colour of the page

You can say one adsense format is the best. Its all depends on the layout of the web site.

While I can't really say what the best one is, as has been said, it depends on the site. I can say that when designing the site, it's a good idea to make it possible for different options. This way, if you feel that one ad layout isn't working, you don't have to redesign the site to try another one. I ran into that slightly. I didn't have a place for the 728x90 referral ads, even though a lot of advertisers seem to like that format. Something I will keep in mind for the next site that I do.

I read a tricky in another forum site. It says: "Try to put your Adsense codes as text links instead of banner". I did not think that it could be much effective but I tried. I see that today my earnings raised nearly three times (3x) more.

I think you should try too!
