I don't think there is much of a difference. I think PR10 is worse but not by much.

Yes the highest PR you may get is a PR10.

It's very difficult to get a pr 6 let alone a 9 or 10. You got to have backlinks of epic proportions

The difference? I would probably say how many links or the quality of links pointing to them..lol

At first, it looks the same. But for other countries, it will be different. If you're in the Philippines for example, the first link is Google in English. But the second link is Google.ph in Tagalog (their language) - provided that the history was cleared upon entering the site. You'll get Google for the second link if there is already Google in history (there is also Google.ph in English). But if the content is the same, the page rank doesn't really matter, IMO. :D

I am guessing the first link to Google is the link in you browser - right?
here in the UK the two throw up somewhat different search results but mostly when performing searches on directories - weird I know!
