Races.com raised as much as $75,000 at domain name auction this week, adding to the impressive performances of generic domain names at aggregator Moniker's Miami sell-off.

Monte Cahn, chief executive of Moniker, highlighted the message behind the big money sales of top site addresses ??? chief among them generic domain names - at the Miami auction.
