Hello Guys, If you want to become a good flash graphics designer then first of all you must see some flash sites and templates then you must get a good idea about flash graphics arts.

My friend is very experienced at flash.

He didn't learn from online templates; he learned from tutorials.

Not needed.... they want to learn basics like photoshop then have to move to flash it is correct.

Yeah. Unlike other languages, you don't learn from examining source code but rather tutorials and lots of practice + experimentation.

When you learn something new, everything counts tutorials, forums, templates, official site etc you can learn something from everything.

There are some extremely awesome free and open source flash templates at http://www.flashvillage.com

But I don't recommend having a template made 100% out of flash; it just looks nice.

I do not use that much flash in my website but I will be checking out that site for free flash web templates. You never know when those might come into use. By the way I only like to use in some part of my site and I really do not prefer building the entire site in flash.
