Does anyone know about any good screen recorder software similar to snagit and either cheap or free? I will really appreciate if someone could help me out here.

I know one such program.

I have recorded few videos of myself and now I just play them on skype using fake webcam at my workplace. None of my chat buddy could figure out that its not me but just a video:)
