For flash tutorials, I normally go to flashkit.com and sometimes to actionscripts.org . But when I have a specific problem with flash i just the problem or post in forums like this one.

The flash tutorial at w3schools sucks. I wouldn't recommend going there. I never knew that tizag had a tutorial for flash. I used them at one point for PHP.
