But I am sorry to say that My Internet connection speed is too low that is only 4 Kb/sec And this video tutorial is not visible for me...
But i want to learn about the dream weaver. Because I know nothing about this, Just know that it is used for web designing...

thats not a problem just wait and dont browse anything so it loads fast
I have 64kbps which comes to me 3 to 5 kbps per second
or use some other alterantive to download videos.

my internet connection's speed is 100mps. but this video is not visible for me. that says file is too much large. please share links, Reason is that i want learn dream weaver. this is only one ways to learn dreamweaver by video
