I am starting to get in to .tel domains a bit as I think a true online directory is an excellent idea.

What is your opinion?

I think .tel will have a bright future, but I have to admit I haven't bought one yet.

Can anyone please brief me about the .tel domains and how could they be beneficial? Havent heard of .tel domain before.

I don't think .TEL has any good future! BTW, How do you register them? 123456789.tel kind of domains??

You might think that the last thing the internet needs is another top-level domain. Website owners can already choose between more than 200 possible endings for their internet addresses, ranging from the familiar .com to the exotic .xn-zckzah. But starting today, anyone in the world will be able to buy a domain ending in .tel - and the company selling them is convinced they will help to make the internet easier to navigate, not less.

wll be the second better for technology subject after .com once you get a good domain name before .tel then you have a perfect domain name !!!
