Do you mean that I should develop and then advertise to get up the commercial value? That's what I'm wondering too.. I just can't figure out in what niche I should develop this domain. Do you guys have any idea?

You should have your websites files completed before you even register the domain. Upload the files then advertise. No point advertising if your site isn't even done. Then people will remember it wasn't done when you advertise and say "screw that site, tons of others out there completed."
