I guess you made the right call to develop it. Finding an end user is going to be tough and Resellers might not bet big on the domain name. Lot of potential when developed though.

Only development can make this domain worthy. It can be developed into

a) Humor website
b) Some kind of information site about fish in some unique way which can match the domain keyword.

Without development, it would only fetch reg fee to low $xx in resale market.

For .info I'd say reg fee if undeveloped.Will worth more if developed.
