I have someone who is willing to pay up to $7000 if i get an appraisal value near or around $7000 any thoughts??

I know that it isn't accurate but what about Leapfish??

It seems that they would buy the name based on the niche that they are creating, no??

I think leapfish is a terrible way of appraising a domain name, I wouldn't mind paying for an appraisal but i am weary that it wouldn't yield such a high amount. BTW, LeapFish gives me $20

You might be right NikOne. Especially when the buyer is asking you to appraise from the company of his choice, then you can very well take him as a scammer for granted. This dirty trick has been for a while.

Wow,that's great.If a person want to buy this domain for $7,000.IMO you should
sell it.But most of the time,it seems you received spam mail,the scammers want to your to use their paid Appraisals.
